4. Where a flat-rate remuneration is prescribed for all services and more than 1 advocate have rendered services, each advocate, if in private practice, is entitled to the part of the flat rate corresponding to the services rendered by the advocate, subject to section 81.1 of the Regulation respecting the application of the Act respecting legal aid and the provision of certain other legal services (chapter A-14, r. 4).
